1. How we collect your personal data

The authorization to access your calendar helps us remind you of the due date of repayment.
1.2.4 SMS
We only monitor financial SMS (4-digit financial SMS), including the sender, description and date sent in the user's inbox, which helps us identify the various accounts held by the user and the cash flow patterns owned by the user to help us determine the user's risk profile and provide appropriate credit analysis for the user. In addition, we collect and process telephone data, such as SMS logs. for risk analysis, to assess a user's eligibility to use our products or services (including, but not limited to, by assessing the user's creditworthiness, determining whether the user can afford the products or services requested by the user and/or determining whether the user is eligible for additional benefits of available products); to provide loan services to users (including, but not limited to, by processing your transactions and processing the user's loan payments and collecting the user's loan repayments); verifying the identity of users and/or other information provided to us by users; detecting, combating and preventing fraud, attempted fraud, money laundering and/or other illegal use of our services; analyzing customer behavior; interfacing with credit reference or fraud prevention agencies; and providing customer service or support.
1.2.5 APP INSTALLED
We are a financial application. In order to prevent frauds and to protect safety of your fund, we need to collect the App installed in your device. This information will be used to assess your risk profile and to recommend suitable products. We will never share this data with third parties, other than as permitted by the exceptions.
1.2.6 CONTACTS
To simplify the loan application process, users may choose to select emergency contacts from their phone’s contact list. This means that we will collect contact information from users to automatically fill in the application form. We may also use this information for risk assessment purposes, including evaluating a user’s creditworthiness or determining eligibility for certain products or services. Additionally, we may verify users’ identities, prevent fraud, analyze customer behavior and activities with the contact information collected. Please note that, if required, we may contact you via phone using an autodial or prerecorded message for these purposes.
1.2.7 OTHER DEVICE INFORMATION
When you utilize this application, our server automatically records certain device information, which is sent by your mobile device. This includes device brand, model, operating system version, device network environment, WiFi, device status, application software information, device memory information. The authorization to access this information helps us to identify your user portrait and preferences and to recommend the suitable credit products.
TrustDecision SDK: For business security and risk control, we use the TrustDecision SDK. The SDK needs to obtain the information of your devices, such as IDFA/IDFV, device type, device model, system type, geographic location, login IP address, for fraud risk identification.
To ensure the security of your personal information, all data will be encrypted and transmitted to our servers https://s.prodigyworksthailand.com via the application. We will retain your data only for as long as necessary to comply with legal requirements and to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. 2. Validity and accuracy of information submitted
2.1. Submission of True and Accurate Information – You must submit to us information including Personal Data which is true and accurate and not misleading, and you must keep it up to date and inform us of changes as soon as practicable. We reserve the right to request for documentation to verify information provided by you.
2.2. Voluntary Submission of Personal Data – We will only be able to collect your Personal Data if you voluntarily submit the information to us. If you choose not to submit your Personal Data to us or subsequently withdraw your consent to our use of your Personal Data, we may not be able to provide you with some or all of the services available through the App.
3.Disclose your personal data to third parties

4. Use/purpose of personal data
Personal Data shall be processed, collected, used, disclosed, stored, and retained for the following purposes:
• to identify Users;
• to contact Users in relation to their registered account/s or requested information;
• to process registration of account/s and to determine or assist in determination of decisions as part of screening of the investors, borrowers, registrations or loan applications, and/or to deliver our products and/or services to the User and any directly related purposes;
• to facilitate loan processing from application, review, monitoring, payment, collection and other remedial measures;
• to maintain internal records;
• to market and offering new, related or complementary products and services to the User;
• to conduct background check and identity verification;
• to conduct and perform fraud monitoring, detection, analysis and prevention;
• to prevent, detect and investigate actual or suspected crime and analysing and managing commercial risks;
• to conduct data analytics and tracking;
• to conduct market research to enable the App·to understand and determine customer location, preferences and demographics to develop special offers, products or marketing programs in relation to products and services, and to improve (i.e. customized offers and products) such products and services;
• to perform research on data to conduct investigations relating to disputes, payment, suspected illegal activities or fraud;
• to carry out marketing and promotions initiatives relating to our company, local affiliates of the company, the company’s partners, and other company’s products and services, whether by electronic means, by email and post, or by telephone, SMS or social media, or by sending newsletters (for example, for the Users to be updated on new products or features and to publicize events, contests, demonstrations, loyalty programmes, and other activities organized by the company and/or the company), also by using automated means. Such communications will relate to products and services of the financial products, services and the like.
• to develop, enhance and maintain a risk assessment process and model, offline and online;
• to develop and generate a credit score, credit model and user model;
• to enroll/participate the user in group credit and/or life insurance, credit risk analysis, credit investigation, credit scoring and credit collection on the User;
• to perform User location search;
• to execute, monitor, manage and analyse the App and to develop, enhance, and upgrade the features, functions, products and services in the App, including promotions, loyalty and reward programs;
• to respond to User queries and requests;
• to facilitate business asset transactions (which may extend to any mergers, acquisitions or asset sales) of the company;
• to facilitate and as may be required as part of any financing or capital raising activity (i.e. obtaining loans, credit facility, mortgage, assignment, assignment as a form of security or mortgage of loans);
• to initiate and maintain correspondence with the User via electronic mail (e-mail), SMS (short messaging service), in-app message/communication, registered mail, phone calls or field visits;
• to resolve complaints and handling requests and inquiries;
• to monitor or record phone calls and customer-facing interactions for quality assurance, employee training and performance evaluation and identity verification purposes;
• to provide information to external parties such as government agencies, and other institutions as part of scientific research and/or study; and

5. Biometric Information
5.1. We collect your facial data by requesting you taking a live face photo during the facial recognition process and will use and process it for the following purposes:
• to verify your identification;
• to prove the loan is applied by yourself, at the time of loan application and any other time other that, including when there is a dispute regarding the loan; and
• to prevent loan fraud.
5.2. This information will be uploaded to our server https://s.prodigyworksthailand.com . We will hold your face photo until you fully repay the loan and other amount payable, if any, or such longer period as may be required by applicable law, e.g., applicable statute of limitations, etc. If you need to delete your face photo data immediately, you shall notify us via email simplecre68@hotmail.com .
5.3. We will not share your face photo with third parties except for the purpose of presenting evidence to a court or arbitral tribunal in the resolution of a loan-related dispute and when ordered to do so by a court of competent jurisdictions or any government office or agency authorized by law. These courts, tribunals and/or authorities will retain your data for the duration mandated by applicable law.
6. Your Data Rights
You have certain rights with respect to your personal information. These rights include the:
• Right to access your personal data
• Right to correct or update your personal data
• Right to portability
• Right to withdraw consent if you have previously given it
• Right to file a complaint with a data protection authority.

9. Modification
